First day of school for the boys!

Here are a couple of pictures of the boys on their first day of school. Devin started High School and Ty is in the third grade. Where has the time gone. They are both growing up so fast!

Emmie's 4th birthday

Emmie wanted to go to El Toro for lunch on her birthday. She also wanted to get her picture outside by the wagon wheel. It was all her idea, I didn't even think of it. I guess she is learning that Mom likes to take lots of pictures! They sang Happy Birthday to her and tried to put on the sombrero but no luck with that one! She was not happy at all!

Here is Emmie on her birthday opening up her presents. One of her favorite things to do is play with Barbie's. She asked for a little car so she could give them a ride. She had a wonderful day! She had a couple of Friends come over to help her celebrate.

Emmie's Birthday

Emmie's Birthday!

Emmie turned four! Wow, don't the years just fly by! I sure think so. It's hard to believe that my little girl is growing up! She started off the day by opening up a few gifts from Dad and Mom. She got a pink bike with a little basket to put her dolls in and a Barbie car and she also a couple new necklaces. Mom picked out an Aerial locket and Dad got her a pink flower necklace. We then took her out to lunch and she picked El Toro( my favorite), she wanted rice! When they all came out singing she wasn't very happy about that. I think it was the sombrero that they put on her that she didn't care for. We had a small birthday party for her that night. She hasn't met that many kids around here, so she had invited her little friend Ryan. They had a good time and she got very spoiled with all the new clothes that she got. I really liked all the clothes that she got. They were all so cute. She just loves getting clothes. I think we will be sorry when she gets a little older! All and all it was a great day for her.

Giving this a try

Well here it is, I have started a blog. My sister, Lyndsey started one and told me about it and since we live in Kentucky and our family lives in Washington this might be a way for all of them to see my kids and what they are doing. Devin is 15 and and is getting ready to head to high school next year. I think it's more scary for me then it is for him. He is really looking forward to going. Ty is 8 and keeps us on our toes. He is heading to 3rd grade next year. Then there's Emmie, our little girl. She is going to be 4 on July 15th. She loves her older brothers and plays baseball like you wouldn't believe. I think we got a softball player on our hands!
